Basic Prices
Letting is usually from Saturday to Saturday during the period from the end of March to early September, and from Friday to Friday for the rest of the year. (We will consider booking for other periods, such as Sunday to Sunday and will consider lets for long weekends, eg from Thursday to Tuesday).

SUPPLEMENTS
Electricity/Fuel
Wood for the stove is included. Electricity is charged at the rate of 17 pence per unit on the daytime meter and 5.5 pence per unit on the off-peak meter, which are the approximate costs to us.

The use of the property is at the tenants' own risk.
