The house is at the end of a terrace and backs onto a mews courtyard (not suitable for ball games), facing an old stone stables, and other outbuildings.

Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath; downstairs shower cubicle. Includes a washer/dryer for clothes
Garden
Garden about 30 metres down a footpath from the house with furniture in the shed

Electric radiators and wood-burning stove with wood included in the rent
Additional Information
- Payphone in the house (20p per unit minimum) and WIFI available
- Furnishings are comfortable rather than smart - best with only 8 visitors, though can sleep up to 9
- Due to relatively steep stairs and stone steps down to the kitchen/dining room, the house is not suitable for disabled people, although "active elderly" will have little problem
